A: These lights attach to the existing cabinet hinge. 

Q: Does it work with soft closing cabinet doors?
A: No. They will not fit on soft closing doors, because the hinge on the door is wider than the light's mounting bracket.

Q: How long will the battery last?
A: Up to 3,000 minutes each battery cycle, around 8000 cabinet openings.
