A: It works better with the case removed if you don’t have a MagSafe case, but you can use it with a case by adding the included metal ring for better adherence. Works better with hard cases.

 

Q: Do you have to take off the phone case for it to work?

Q: How hard is it to remove the adhesive to move the device?
