Product Warranty 2 Day Dead On Arrival (DOA)

If your item arrives damaged or not working, please contact our customer service to request an RMA and follow the instructions to authorize the return of goods within two days of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we will send you a new replacement item free of charge (we will even reimburse your return shipping cost). Enjoy total peace of mind because every single purchase is 100% risk-free each time you shop with us. Please note all duty and customs fees will not be covered and are excluded.



All the following requirements must be fulfilled in order for us to approve any return request:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging without any missing contents
  • Proof of purchase indicating the date of purchase clearly
  • Items must be purchased directly from and not a third party



  1. Modification, alteration, or repair of the products by any persons or company other than MyShopppy
  2. Accident, physical abuse,  misuse or operation in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions
  3. Any health, beauty or consumable products are excluded from this warranty therefore are not eligible for replacement, refund or exchange
