Free Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders if you’ve signed up. Delivery to Canada, USA, AU, UK are approximately 6-10 days. All shipments will include a tracking number, please allow 24-72 hours for tracking number to be generated and emailed to you. Please note that all orders have a processing time of between 1-3 days, so processing time plus shipping time = arrival time. We cannot be responsible for custom delays or any delays due to postal service. If you order does not arrive within 20 days please contact us.
Sometimes we may not have all your ordered items in our warehouse at one time, so don’t be alarmed if you receive multiple tracking numbers for multiple items which may arrive at separate times. Your items may dispatch from any of our North American or international warehouses.

International Shipping
We apologize but at this time we only ship to the USA, Canada, Australia and United Kingdom. However, this option will come available to all our international customers in the near future.
Order Insurance
Regardless of how careful shipping companies are you'll never be able to eliminate the risk completely of something going wrong during shipping. A percentage of packages will likely be lost, damaged, or destroyed which shipping companies don't cover. MyShopppy will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages unless you choose the insurance option at checkout. In that case we will either replace the item or refund your total including shipping cost. Simply ensure that you take the shipping insurance option when you checkout.
