A:  It's all plastic, except for the actual stopper made of rubber.

Q: How much does each squeeze dispense?
A: It dispenses as long as you squeeze the handle/trigger.

Q: Can you refrigerate the batter in this container?
A: Yes, you can put the dispenser with batter in the refrigerator for later use.

Q: Is it possible to use a microwave oven with this tool?
A: No. A metal part is integral to the dispenser system. It is not removable,      which is why it can't be put in a microwave.
